Be Authentic invites people to connect deeply and intimately through a choreographed series of improv, dialogue, bodywork, and breaking bread.
Our community workshops are active (though gentle and available to all bodies and capabilities), cohesive, and flowing. They’re designed to instigate and facilitate a range of experiences–fear and security; challenge and ease; shame and grace; and disconnection and connection, for example–and to help people embrace and explore their experiences physically and mentally.
Our primary aim is to co-create a profound sense of safety, connection, and well-being for participants and to support them in developing their mental and emotional fitness.
